I have been in a great deal of pain and have tried many different things before this workshop to fix it (specialists, chiropractor, physio, acupuncture) my GP is certain I will need back surgery and has me on very strong medication for relief so I can do daily tasks… After doing your workshop my back felt loose and light after being so restricted and it had a lot more range, I was able to move! I just wanted to thank you SO much for Sunday's Happy Hips workshop. When I arrived I had back and shoulder issues that have been causing pain (sitting, standing, bending, lying down - the only comfortable place was in the bath!) for months and also causing weird digestive issues (gas, noise and um inconsistent consistency ). On Sunday night I walked to my car with no pain, slept on my stomach for the first time in a year, slept through the night not woken up by pain and had zero nil NO digestive worries. OMG!!!
